The short version: Try East13 free for 14 days. Cancel during the trial and you will never be charged. After the trial, you can cancel anytime but the current billing period is non-refundable.
1. Free Trial
- All new East13 accounts include a 14-day free trial with full access to the platform features included in your selected plan.
- No payment is charged during the trial period.
- If you cancel at any point during the 14-day trial, your account will be deactivated and no charges will be made.
- If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically begin and your payment method on file will be charged for the first billing period.
2. Subscription Refunds
After the free trial period ends and your paid subscription begins:
- Subscriptions are non-refundable for the current billing period. When you cancel, you retain full access to the Service through the end of your current paid period.
- No partial refunds are issued for unused days within a billing cycle.
- No refunds are issued for months where the Service was available and functional, regardless of how much you used it.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No further charges will be made after that date.
3. Add-On Purchases
East13 may offer add-on services such as video content packages, city page packs, additional site slots, or other supplemental products. The following applies to all add-on purchases:
- Add-on purchases are non-refundable once delivered.
- "Delivered" means the content, pages, or assets have been generated and made available to you through the platform or deployed to your website.
- If an add-on has been purchased but not yet delivered, you may request a cancellation and full refund by contacting support before delivery begins.
4. Service Delivery Issues
If East13 fails to deliver services that were promised as part of your subscription plan:
- You may contact us to report the issue at [email protected].
- We will investigate and work to resolve the issue promptly.
- Prorated account credits may be issued at East13's sole discretion for verified service delivery failures.
- Credits are applied to future billing periods and are not redeemable for cash.
- Service delivery issues do not include dissatisfaction with SEO results, as search engine rankings are influenced by factors outside our control (see our Terms of Service).
