Do I need a credit card for the free trial?
Yes — we collect your card at signup to start the trial, but you won't be charged for 14 days. If you cancel before the trial ends, you pay nothing. This ensures a smooth transition to paid if you decide to continue.
Can I change plans after signing up?
Yes, anytime. Upgrades are prorated immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. You can change between monthly and annual at any time.
What's included in the annual discount?
Annual plans are 20% cheaper than monthly, billed upfront as a single payment. Ignite annual is $4,790/year ($399/mo equivalent), saving $1,198 versus monthly billing.
Does East13 need access to my website?
Yes — East13 publishes content directly to your WordPress site via the WordPress REST API using an App Password you create. It never needs your actual WordPress login password. You can revoke access at any time from your WordPress admin.
How does the State Bar compliance work for attorneys?
Every piece of content passes through a compliance scanner before publishing. It checks for prohibited phrases, superlatives, guarantees of outcomes, and jurisdiction-specific restrictions. Content that fails the check is flagged for review before going live — it is never published automatically if it fails.
What's the cancellation policy?
You keep access until the end of your current billing period. We never cut access immediately. If you're on annual and cancel mid-year, we'll work with you on a prorated refund. No games.
How does franchise pricing work?
Franchise network pricing is $250/location/month with a 10-location minimum. We set up a centralized account with per-location content queues, centralized reporting, and bulk review management. Most franchisors charge their locations $500–750/month and use the margin as a revenue line. Contact us to discuss your network.
