East13 billing runs through Square. Your subscription is managed directly from your dashboard — no need to log into a separate billing portal. This guide covers everything you need to know about your plan, invoices, upgrades, and add-ons.
Your Plan Options
East13 offers four plans designed around how aggressively you want to grow your online presence:

Every plan includes: automated content generation, SERP tracking, SEO health monitoring, Google Business Profile monitoring, review management, citation auditing, competitive intelligence, schema optimization, and monthly reporting.
Add-Ons
Need something extra? These one-time add-ons can be purchased anytime from your billing panel:
- Extra Video — $50 per video
- Rush Article — $35 for priority content generation
- City Pack (10 cities) — $99 for 10 additional city landing pages
- Press Release — $149 for a professionally written and distributed press release
- Onboarding Call — $199 for a guided 1-on-1 setup session
- White-Label Setup — $299 to remove East13 branding from reports and dashboards
Viewing Your Invoices
Go to Settings → Billing in your dashboard. You will see your current plan, next billing date, and a list of all past invoices. Each invoice can be downloaded as a PDF for your records. Square sends a receipt to your email after every charge.
Upgrading Your Plan
To upgrade, go to Settings → Billing → Change Plan. Select your new plan and confirm. The upgrade takes effect immediately. You will be charged the prorated difference for the remainder of your current billing cycle, and then the new rate starts on your next billing date.
14-Day Free Trial
New accounts start with a 14-day free trial. During the trial, you get full access to every feature on your selected plan. No charge is made until the trial ends. You can cancel anytime during the trial with no obligation.
Payment Methods
East13 accepts all major credit and debit cards through Square. Your card details are stored securely by Square — East13 never sees or stores your full card number. To update your payment method, go to Settings → Billing → Update Payment.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the billing panel. Your access continues through the end of your current billing period. Content already published to your site stays live — nothing is removed. If you change your mind, you can reactivate from the same panel.
