East13 supports multiple users on a single account. Whether you have a marketing manager, a virtual assistant, or a business partner, you can give each person their own login with the right level of access.
User Roles
East13 has three roles:
- Admin — Full access to everything, including billing, team management, and all settings. This is typically the business owner.
- Editor — Can view all data, approve content, manage reviews, and run reports. Cannot change billing or invite new users.
- Viewer — Read-only access to the dashboard, reports, and metrics. Cannot make changes or approve content.
Inviting a Team Member
To invite someone:
- Go to Settings → Team Management
- Click Invite User
- Enter their email address and select a role
- Click Send Invite
The invited person receives an email with a link to create their password and log in. The invitation expires after 7 days. You can resend it from the Team Management panel if needed.
Managing Existing Users
From the Team Management panel, you can:
- Change a user’s role (e.g., upgrade a Viewer to Editor)
- Remove a user from your account
- See when each user last logged in
- Resend an invitation that has not been accepted

Security
Each user has their own login credentials. Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text. If a team member leaves your organization, remove their access from the Team Management panel immediately. Their sessions are terminated and they can no longer log in.
